After having served for almost 21 years as a Bank Manager, Mr. Veera Raghava Rao Pakalapati embarked on a journey to use his business acumen and become a pioneer in the Construction industry.As of today, his group of companies have completed over 50 projects with approx 42,00,000 sqft built up area in various Metropolitan Cities of South India. The long awaited dream of many families brought to light through the medium of impeccable model apartments.

He has set the bar high in residential real-estate development.Along with him, his wife Mrs. Pavani Pakalapati has been instrumental in the success of the Pavani Group. She has supported her husband throughout his incredible journey.
Mrs. Pavan Pakalapatii overlooks the Pavani Group operations in multiple cities and has proven to be a critical asset when it comes to taking major decisions. Her contribution has helped the Pavani Group grow from strength to strength.

History
Mr.P.V.Raghava Rao founded the Pavani Group in 1995 with the above fundamentals in mind. The long awaited dream of many middle-class families brought to light through the medium of impeccable model apartments. This has set the trail ablaze in his home town, Nellore. Thousands of families have realised their dreams of having their own home through his vision. Pavani group has hence completed many successful projects.
